It was a round, green seed pod with soft spikes coming out of it. First of all, I'm not sure it's a wild cucumber. I was told it came from a vine... So my question is: Is it a wild cucumebr, and if so, will it kill him? If not, what the hell is it?

If it is indeed a cucumber then, no, it is not deadly. There are many different cucumber varieties, but I've never heard of a wild cucumber. However, it does kinda sound like a lemon cucumber. Did he say that he knew what it was?
