We'll start with the easiest #3. The customer.
#2. The way in which the customer is treated as to make that customer feel their needs are the most important goal of your business.
#1. Go ahead and be a little creative. Jot down a note that the most important things to you would be the ones listed that you have some control over. If you're a cook, the food aspect would be most important. If you're a server, the attitude and appearance of both you and your surroundings would be higher on the list, and so on with the different jobs available to you. Good luck. Go get 'em Tiger.

1- technically you were arrested if you have a conviction. The Arrested-Question means did you ever have legal criminal charges against you. You need to be prepared to explain the situation and the circumstances, and provide examples of where you have overcome this issue in your life. 2.-there is no legal action, because a company does not have any legal obligation to hire you and offer a job. A company often interviews 20 or more applicants for one position, and only one person gets the job. It sounds like you did not have a good interview at this company, and you will need to apply elsewhere. - Work on a resume which presents your skills and qualifications in the best light. Employers' will sometimes overlook a prior conviction if it happened many years ago, and the applicant has clearly overcome the issues and taken positive steps to change behaviors. Good Luck to you!!

You might consider putting the ones with "staff" at the beginning. Some hotels pride themselves on a well-trained staff willing to do anything for a guest. Then phrase #2 so that you work in some reference to making guests feel welcome by your courtesy, attitude etc...see list on #1. Guests should be comfortable, cared for, and want to return....that is the goal.
The customer is most important in the restaurant.

3.The most important person in the restaurant is the guest that is dinning.

I wouldn't call them "trick" questions. I would say they are questions meant to understand your personality and whether you will be a good fit, and if so, which position would be best.

The best answer is your own, based on your thoughts/feelings. In the long run, this will likely make for a more pleasant work experience for you and the employer.

This is not a trick question, this is a test to know about your weak and strong points, and get a general attribute of the person, they will find out if you are courteous, clean/sloppy, organized, etc. There are no right or correct answers. However, I can give you a tip. "customer is king anywhere".
