No means no. It's NOT comfortable for a lot of women and you don't have to do it. There's stuff he'll tell you no on for him, and I can guarantee that he's not not going to figure he needs to scare you out of doing to him--so don't think with double standards. Just say you don't want to.
Tears in the rectum are bad since bacteria can get into some pretty bad spots-- and if you're tight or can't relax, it'll NOT be a fun sexual thing to do, it'll just hurt.
