i have an old mx400 in my pc, i know its ancient but is it any good for its time?

Hi. That depends on what you need it to do. This review http://www.nvidia.com/page/geforce2mx.html says it was OK for simple games but a newer one may better meet your current needs.

Sure it was good for it's time and should still be good for basic computer use now.
It will however not be able to run the current graphic demanding programs above internet t.v., videos, or basic games.

Back when it came out it might have been good, but now its horrible for doing anything.
