just go to sleep

If somebody is stalking you, call the police and have them set up an investigation.

If you're religious, then you don't need to worry about dying, because you already have an idea where you'd be going. If it's a bad place, then just adjust to a lifestyle that suits your religion.

If for any other reason, just spend a few nights with somebody you love and trust, or have them stay with you until you feel more adjusted to sleeping in your own bed.

Good luck!

Remember that death is not the opposite of life. Death is part of life. We all will die some day and there is just NO escaping it. Why WASTE your life fearing death when you should be finding ways to enjoy it while you're here.

"Life may not always be the party we had hoped for,
But while we're here we should dance."

My supervisor was found dead in her bed the day after thanksgiving.

My Uncle died of cancer.

My cat died after he had a stroke.

My friends have died from cancer, suicide, cystic fibrosis.

My ex has 6 months to live.

Death is all around and it will happen to us all eventually. But until then, you should live as happy and as healthy as you can and treat people well with love, respect and fairness. Don't hold back when you love someone.

That is all the advice I can give you for now. Please get some sleep and enjoy your life.

Based on John 3:16 For God so love the world that he gave his one and only Son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. Invite Jesus to come into your heart & accept Him as Lord of your life. Ask Jesus to give you sweet sleep & grant deliverance from worrying about dying all the time.

If you think about dying all the time you will become so paranoid it will cripple your life. Dont worry about it. You've probably got a long time before you die. Just be smart and dont drink and drive or take drugs.

Why worry about dying? If you die you won't be around to know what it's like anyway, right? It's a part of living. When it happens it happens. You don't want it to happen but you can't stress over something you can't stop.

How long has this been happening. If it is recent could be a result of depression. Unless living in a war zone and death is all round you....have no reason to worry bout death unless you are depressed.

Everyone gonna die one day.it's natural to die and take birth again.it's the universal law.i find it exciting and an adventure.infact you are more miserable when alive than when in spirit form.you are free as an spirit.cheer up and rejoice what God has given you.Live every moment of this life to maximum, sometimes sad sometimes happy.but it's all enjoyable and part of soul growth.:-)

if i knew i wouldn't stay up at night worrying about the same thing. the only thing that's kind of worked for me is to think about something else as hard as i can, to distract myself. you can also try to think about a million things at the same time while you're trying to fall asleep. for example, try to count to 100 while thinking through the alphabet, while trying to multiply numbers. just cram so much stuff in your head that the dying thought will get forced out, and you'll fall asleep before you can think of it. it also helps to visualize a situation you like, or walk yourself through a movie you like until you fall asleep. i hope this helps
