well as I said before I got an e-mail saying that I enherited money or something and that the sender was a banker and that i should respond with my full name, phone number and address. I just deleted the e-mail thinking it was a scam. But my e-mail adress in my name and an underscore between my first and last name. Also, I am a minor so I don't have a credit card or anything. Should I be worried at all?

You did the right thing to delete it and not respond.
You show good internet safety smartness.
But I use fake email names when shopping or registering on web sites and only use my real name with relatives.
So open up a fake name hotmail account and stop using your real name online is my suggestion.

Spam it! That's all it is, and be very careful about opening things you don't know where it came from. It could contain a virus or spyware! When you leave the sites you signed in to be sure you sign out! Do Not check the box when you sign in to yahoo keeping your password active for 2 weeks.
I did, thought nothing of it, as I am the only one on my pc! My yahoo account was stolen,(I had to create a new one after having that one for 4 years) all my info was changed and I lost all the folders and files I had saved in there! Including over 200 photos I sent from my phone! And e mails were sent to everyone in my address book, the ones who responded got spyware!
Be Careful! Yes, you should tell your parents, the next one they can forward it to the proper authorities!
Warn all your young friends about how important it is to sign out!

I don't think a thief could get too much info from your email address. I would, however, contact either your ISP or the ISP of the sender and let them know this person is trying to pull a scam.
Unless you provided personal info like a social security number, I wouldn't worry.

It was a phishing and tried to stole your everything. deleted it is good thing and you should warned your friends.
No need to worry about your e-mail address with your full name. In future, you should set those similar e-mail to junk mail and don't open them at all. For any money related issues, bank or corporate would use classical mail.
Play attention on your bills. If you find anyone used your account, report to police immediately.

It's definitely a scam. But it's nothing you need to be worried about. Everyone gets these. You can tell your parents if you want, but there's not much they, or anybody, will be able to do about it. I hope this helps!
