Learn a couple of high % low risk moves (as in 75% of the time the move will score or better your postion) double legs are the highest % move in wrestling. Learn a sweep single a high crotch and at least one throw such as a head and arm (cowboy) lateral screw lock etc.

My advice for you is to get grounded well in the basics. Then build on that. Find moves that work for you and learn them well. Learn guillotines, spladles, cradles etc as you advance. Always learn from every match and opponent. Don't do anything ina match that you have not perfected in practice AND the counter to it. Talk often to your coaches and listen well. Ask questions. Learn all you can. Been there, done that. I am a 2 time state champion.

#1) the biggest thing that you have to do is make sure that you go into your match knowing that without a doubt that you are going to win!
#2) Don't cut too much weight!!! If you do, you will lose muscle mass, and strength...
#3) Find your opponents weakness and work that one thing as hard as you can!
#4) Whatever you do... DONT SAY DIE!!!
Good luck man...
