YES! I have a five year old daughter and 21 month old son. They think it's HILARIOUS!!! My son, especially! Hey. They both have high metabolisms and get over-heated easily, so why not help them out?

yah! me and my friends used to do that all the time! thanks for reminding me XD
and putting cold items down peoples shirt is even better, like today i found a tortilla on the ground and it was so cold like s frozen tortilla, and i put down my friends shirt and he thought i was putting my hands up his shirt and he totally freaked out when he found out it was a tortilla!!!
