yes they are all right it is teardrop by massive attack. I love house. However, when you listen to the original version of this song you will realize that the short clip of it you hear in house is louder than when it's played in the song. Just listen to the song you'll see what I mean. It's a great song though. Massive Attack also has some other great songs too.
