I identify with Mrs. Cratchit from Dicken's A Christmas Carol--trying to be a good wife and mom and wanting to give her hubby's cheap boss a piece of her mind. What about you, and why?

This year I'd have to say Clark Griswold. We don't get Christmas bonuses, but I missed a sales bonus by one order. I haven't been locked in my attic, but this morning I went out to get the newspaper (barefoot) and my kids followed me out. This is the one time they actually closed the door all the way and I was locked out.

This movie cracks me up!!! It is the funniest movie ever. I love all of the characters, and of course the actor who played Ralphie was superb. Those big blue eyes behind those glasses, always contemplating and thinking of how to get the prize. But Ralphie's dad makes me laugh the most. I especially like the dog and turkey scene, when he is cussing the dogs out in that unclear, cuss language the movie so brilliant uses. But nothing rivals the leg lamp scene. I am laughing now just thinking about it. And when the wife finally "wins" and the lamp has 'accidentally' fallen and broken, all the father can get out is "NOT A FINGER!" Hilarious. I live in Florida, and had no idea that you could visit the house or that it was still popular enough to warrant a convention! That's great. If I were closer, I would definitely go. What fun!

Ralphie from A Christmas Story because my family was like that too, I was such a smart mouth and things were always getting screwed up for me as a kid, but things always worked out in the end.
