uhhh the quaterback throws and they have four plays and must move some number of yards if they dont the ball goes to the other team and when they score a touchdown they get 6 pts and you get one for the kick through the yellow fork at each end.

Guy in a really ugly stripped shirt blows a whistle, then 22 men, 11 on each side hump each others legs until the dude blows the whistle again. After about 30-45 seconds of rest they do it again. They keep this up for about 3 hours.
I think that pretty much sums it up.
