its in the gas tank.. you have to take the tank out of the car.. not an easy job...

The fuel tank has to be removed. The fuel pump is inside. This job is alot easier with an empty or near empty tank.Be careful with plastic components and fuel float because they have to be re used.

Yeah all the above answers are correct,it would be esier to look in the phone book and get estimets and go with the cheapest garage,probly figure on about $200 save you the hassel.+ if you have it done you can hold them resposible if it quits,or whatever,cause remeber your gauge (gas) works out of it to,so if you screw it up,you'll be going to the garage anyhow,so my opinion is have a certified mechanic do it.

Drain as much fuel as you can, drop tank, remove complete fuel sender, and replace fuel pump and strainer. Reverse to install.

you have to take ur fuel tank down so u can change ur fuel pumpjust be careful with the float make shure u dont bent it
