I want the money I've put in back, I never want to pay into it again, and I don't want to receive any when I'm older. How do I arrange that?

You don't. Quitting is not an option. Getting your money back is not an option. Social Security (like income taxes) is a federally mandated fund that everyone who works must pay into, unless you pay into another fund that works just like Social Security (i.e. Railroad Worker's Retirement Fund).

You don't. You can stop working, and not pay any more in, but you can't just opt out if you have a job, or ask for your money back and get it sent to you.

Not possible, sorry, the government wont give you the money, and unless you stay unemployed, you always put in it.
