Describe how we could possibly significantly reduce 10 of: Food, Tobacco and alcohol, clothing, Packaging, Recreation Equipment, Books and magazines, Furniture and appliances, Private transportation, Construction, Personal care, Entertainment, Health care etc.

Not food but other items that are called Luxcery
stuff that the rich would use for instance
fur coats , I think that should be done without it. It kills to many innocent animals.
Tobacco and Alcohol could be highly taxed perhaps than they would stop abusing it.
Private transportation cause the rich could afford paying little bit more out of their own pockets.
Personal care no, health care no it's already expensive.
The rest I could care less.
