I've been having trouble connecting to iTunes store i keep getting the message "make sure your connection is active and try again" I can connect to the internet through mozilla and aol and all the other stuff i just can't get into iTunes and i just downloaded the newest update. please help

try to delete your itunes and download the newest update all over again it should work

I had the exact same issue a few days ago after an upgrade. It turned out to be that my Symantec firewall software had blocked iTunes from accessing the Internet.

Check your firewall rules.

i use itunes all the time and have never seen that before. try to email itunes and see if they cn help.
