There are several ways, I am 16 yo myself.
The way i make money is very irregular, I have this kind of job with a hotel and they call me every once in a while to work and they pay me 30 dollars for every shift. I also cut the grass for the neighbors sometimes, and when I am at school I sell CD's to my friends, since not all of them have internet, i download the music, or movies then burn them and sell them.
And last year I used to work in an internet caffe part time.

Baby sit, bag and carry-out at your local supermarket, deliver newspapers, walk dogs, clean houses, messenger boy, mailroom clerk in an office bldg, mow lawns, rake leaves, bake for people, delivery boy for the elderly, personal shopper for the elderly, shovel snow, clean pools, start your own handyman service. Do whatever you are good at and comfortable with. Put ads in your local newspaper, posters up in the groc. stores. Look in the yellow pages, maybe you can get some free advertising if you purchase cleaning supplies from a company--worth asking about anyway. What ever you decide to do, whether it's on your own, or applying for a job somewhere, always look your best, stand up straight, look people in the eye when meeting them and talking to them. Use good english, cut your hair to an acceptable length and style, clean and clip your fingernails, smell good! Dress in clean clothes, no tshirts with pictures or words on the front. Wash pants, and a nice unwrinkled sport shirt are good.
Reminds me of a friend of one of my kids. This guy had a great personality, outgoing, etc. Had many jobs in high school, but the best one was when he became a chimney sweep! He read up on how to clean fireplace chimneys, bought a few tools and broom. Shopped at the 2nd hand stores and found a black top hat, formal black coat with tails, a white tuxedo shirt and white gloves. When he came to clean our chimney, he even spoke in a cockney/british accent. He did a great job.
All you have to do it use your imagination, network with friends, friend's parents, your high school counselor. there is a job out there somewhere for you, you just have to get off your butt and get out there and have a new adventure finding the right fit!!!
Good luck and don't give up!!!

Paper route, some fire houses have internship programs. Fast food is always there. Try to find a trade you like, carpentry, plumbing, electrical. I recommend you stay your butt in school and get a degree.
