So my period has been acting really weird lately and I am not sure what it is. I went on weightwatchers two months ago. Since then, I have lost 14 pounds. Im 22, and my periods have always been normal. I take my pill at the same time every day. The pill I am on is Levelon. So last month, my perioud was super light. I didn't even have to use a pad or anything. So I took a preg test and it was negative.

So I told my boyfriend we wouldn't have sex until my period was back to normal. So I continued my pill, didn't have sex this month, and now my period isn't even here. I am on the 3rd day of the inactive pills.

Any idea what could be going on? I haven't had any pregancy symptoms except last week I had a soar throat and felt kind of fluish--but it went away after I took some tylonal flu and cold.

I would appreciate any advice from anyone if they have any.

Thanks

Your weight loss might be part of the problem you are having with your periods. Sometimes being on the pill isn't enough to keep your cycle regular. Talk to your OB/GYN about it and see if you need to switch the type of pills you are taking.
