do they investigate?
say, when they recieve complaint saying that a medical student is very unethical with evidence. will they do anything about it?

They will investigate sexual harassment complaints, but a medical student doing unethical things with evidence is a different thing.

If the medical student is doing something sexual to a cadaver, for example, that could fall under the charge of tampering with a corpse. I would assume a university would investigate and possibly contact law enforcement if necessary.

University will investigate.If a teacher harasses student,his teaching licence/accreditation can be cancelled.If student is charged,he can be sent out of the medical college itself.What happens is that in most cases there is no proof or admissible evidence.In USA alone about 2500 teachers are charged every year,based on complants/sexual abuse of students.

Sexual harassment cases must be investigated formally in order to prevent abuses against the students.
