1) -10.7 > x/-4
--> (-10.7)(-4) < x (multiplying by a negative no. reverses the inequality)
--> 42.8 < x
2) x/1.3 > 7.1
--> x > (7.1)(1.3)
--> x > 9.23
3) -3.8x > 28.5
--> x < 28.5/-3.8 (dividing by a negative no. reverses the inequality)
--> x < -7.5
