keep talking till you find somebody that you like talking to. i had to go to three different therapists before finding someone that i connected with. try to stay out of bed for prolonged periods. get the proper amount of sleep, but don't sleep all day long. and being depressed usually goes hand and hand with sadness. especially this time of year. get as much sunlight as you can, especially early in the morning. it will help.
if you would like to talk further, email me. i'll be glad to listen and help if i can.

Hi :) before I can say anything else your english is good. now, to the real answer - I'm also a loner and I never understood why. I actually have no friends in my school, and the ones I have, are fake b*tches. So, I started to hung out with guys, and they told me the girls were actually jealous of me. I think you're in the same situation. I mean, you said you get complimented on your looks and your voice. They also compliment me about that, and that i'm really nice. I don't smile a lot and I dress like, hipster/pastel goth. Those girls actually tried to convince my history teacher to give a C at my presentation. But people found out how they really were. SO, MY ADVICE IS - Ignore them, smile a little bit more. People say I look superior because I wear stuff that scream that they are basic peasants. I don't really care about them, and I won't change myself so they can feel better about themselves, not even at my attitude. BE ORIGINAL, AND IGNORE THOSE H*ES, GET FRIENDS WITH COMMON INTERESTS, GET GUY FRIENDS, THEY DON'T JUDGE YOU THAT MUCH.

It's all depends on what or who is having you sad and depressed at the same time. Whatever it is, take a moment and thought it through, do you really want to quit school and leave Yahoo?. First of all if you quit school, you will forfeit your opportunity to excel in life and you will lose the respect of your friends and even those that love you, especially your parents, and secondly, leaving Yahoo will leave you no chance of contacting with other people especially when you do not want to talk to those who wants to talk to you. There are many like you who didn't had a second chance in life to make it right and right now you have a chance of making it right and to not let anything or anyone to get in your way of your whole life ahead of you. You meant more to life than just giving up, be strong and stand up to what you are going through. If you need time off to clear things out, do it, but do not waste your opportunity to make it in this life. One of the ways to lighten your burden that you are carrying is to Pray and ask God to help in your situation, since he knows and sees everything that is going on in your life.

Breathe!
That's the best thing you can do.
Take each day as it comes. If you are having a down day do something you really enjoy. Music can do so much good, listen to your favorite songs, sing as loud as you can, dance like no one is watching, cry if you feel like crying. get it all out, it's like sweating out a fever. Think of all the wonderful things in your life that you have to be thankful for. Smile... force it if you have to. Find a good place in your head and stay there, it may take a very active effort on your part, but you want to feel better. If you still feel down, see a doctor, talk to someone with medical knowledge and tell them what is going on.

Well all i can say is that you have to talk to anyone regarding your problem or the reason why you are acting like that... you can also write all your feelings and emotions.. the main point is that you have to release the tension, depression, sadness, grudges...and everything that serves as a burden to your heart...anyways what is the reason behind that situation of yours...
I am telling you girl...if you will just keep that with yourself you will end up doing something wrong like...psychological problem or worse...you might end up killing yourself...

You have to figure out who YOU want to talk to about it. Maybe a community support group for depression, or just a trusted friend. Sometimes a complete stranger online or over the phone will help you ease into your feelings. If you think it's serious enough, seek professional help.

Writing it all out on paper, free write non-stop, perhaps you'll discover something upsetting you. Try anti-depressants, watch out for the menstrual monster though, sometimes, during certain times of the month, (not just bleeding week), pre-and post, a girl may need to be alone and entertain herself, take a hot bath/shower, read, take a nap, talk to your cat. It may be nothing serious, just temporary feeling.

Sound like a life crisis. You don't care about anything in your life anymore because you don't see the worth of it. Get away if you can and go out alone and independently. Find yourself and do some things by yourself for yourself to clear your head.

Try to clear your head. Maybe you should spend some time by yourself. Take a nice warm bubble bath. Relax. Watch a funny movie. Dane Cook's stand-up comedy always helps me.

Your sadness, lack of enthusiasm for school, for friendship, among other things, are signs of depression. Don't quit school, get psychological help, and keep your friends closer to you., don't push then away.
