This was an un popular movement 4 years ago when Republican Tom Tancredo made public, that Illegal Immigration was destroying our hospitals and schools. Now all of the Republican Presidential Candidates, are supporting an Anti-Illegal Alien position, that Congressman Tancredo alone, had the courage to speak out about with all the alarming statistics, before it was popular with politicians. As for the Democrats, forget them. The Democrat Presidential Candidates still want Illegal Alien votes and continued benefits to Criminal Aliens. This outright Screw Job on American Citizens, will lead to an overwhelming Democrat Party DEFEAT in 2008. Go Tom Tancredo - the Marines Support you!.

Oh Really - Show me evidence of any Democrat who is against Illegal Aliens. That would be the same as a Democrat who is against Welfare. Now answer that Dems.

I wished Mr Tancredo had a chance at the nomination. But he doesn't.

The republicans are supporting the law because over 70% of americans are now speaking out against the illegals. So the Reps are doing what the people want.

Not sure why Bush hasn't got the message yet.

ALL candidates -- Republicans and Democrats -- have taken a stand against illegal immigration.

The main difference seems to be on what should be done about the undocumented aliens who are already in the country and on whether there should be a guest-worker program to help provide additional workers for harvests, etc.

Because when the president tried to get his bill (amnesty) passed the American people were heard from in force. They FINALLY got the message that we DON'T want amnesty and we want something done about the illegal immigration problem.

Not all the Candidates have. That is why McCain won't win. He supported the Democrats with their amnesty push. Giuliani and Huckabee aren't against illegal aliens either.
