Is there a substance that will take a mold of something written in concrete? It will be backwards, so I would need to apply ink and press onto paper and frame. Any ideas? They are feet and writing. It needs to also be able to set fast.

Yes, but will these ideas be able to make an imprint of the feet on paper? Sort of like a stamp? Using rubber might. Any ideas on where I can get them for cheap?

There is a mold making product called algenate and you can usually find it in small amounts at places like Hobby Lobby. It comes in a kit for making hand castings. Anyhow, it starts out as a thick liquid and then after it sets up it is kinda rubbery, however, it is not very strong and can be pulled apart. This shouldn't be a problem as long as you use some sort of mold release. You can also purchase Algenate in some art supply stores or online in larger quantities if needed.

As long as you are fairly gentle with the algenate then you should be able to use it as a stamp. It takes a fair amount of force to pull it apart. It won't just fall apart.

Oil the area, put in Saran Wrap, pour hot wax into the holes. Let it set and get cold, it should slide out. You could also contact a manufacturer of rubber molds, for instance, someone who makes facial masks. They should be able to advise you on molds and how to make them.

Plaster of Paris. Spray the area to be moulded with Pam first then mix the plaster to liquidity and fill the area. Let it harden for a few hours and pry up a corner to remove it and voila.

I have done this with family headstones, use paper and a fat pencil, place paper over what you want to copy and lightly run pencil over the paper.

if you want to get mold off concrete, the best solution is bleach/water mix, 50-50 with a little dish soap added, put in a simple spray bottle, but this may damage your ink

How about either silicone gell or that stuff that they make dental molds out of.
