Can someone help me find an editorial (article) on military spending, the environment, or campaign financing from the month of November?

here is something that might help you drastically narrow your google results visually/graphically. I saw a video on it yesterday.
It gives you power words that tie to your search and you can use them or ignore them. No new functionality just a graphical GUI.
Give it a try, second link is a video introduction of it.

go to a major newspaper's website and then type the subject in its search line
