How about naming the baby after medical terms for bodily humors/smells/blemishes, or something along those lines, instead!
Booger, Flatus, Smegma, Melena, Bile, Wart, Pus, Diarrhea, Leukorrhea, Steatorrhea, Cerumen, Plaque, Mucus, Cyst, Zit, Leukoplakia, Condyloma--all great words that are desperately underrepresented as names. Start a trend, and do it!
