I'm trying to remove the engine guard. I remove all the bolts except for two. The two that are left won't come off. They just keep on turning. No matter which way I turn. What are my options at removeing the bolt?

I assume there is a nut on the other side. Unless I remove the everything is the engine compartment, it's pretty much impossible to reach.

Most likely you have a clip type nut that has to be clipped to the guard in order to work- these clips break and the result is your dilema,,
A small vise grip may be enough to fit over-behind the guard , or even on the edge enough to keep the clip nut from turning, this may give you enough loosness to remove it fully or even hacksaw the bolt or bolts, You may not need all the bolts back in the guard for proper function- if you decide to reinstall it at all.
another option is a hammer and chisel(for metal) and cut the bolt head off ,(that is a knuckle buster sometimes)
a grinder can work as well(creates alot of sparks so that would be a concern)
if you have access to an air hammer with the chisel attachment that would make quick work of its removal
I would hope this is useful information for you

You can try to place a flathead screwdriver under the haed of the bolt to pry it up and turn it with a wrench at the same time. It's a little difficult, but it's worked for me on the past. If there is a nut on the other side, your going to need a buddy to lend a hand.

If you've looked and there is no nut on the other side or if you can't see the other side, try slipping a small v-notched prybar under the head of the bolt. Turn the bolt slowly as you apply prying pressure to the bolt. Don't pry too hard, just enough to get the threads to grip without damaging anything else.

if this is the guard around the fan most likely there is a flat nut on the back that has come loose from the frame

Is there a nut ont he other side that needs to be held in place maybe? I honestly don't know and that is about the limit of possibilities that occur to me.
