You can't find happiness,
it just comes to you.
Don't spend all your life looking for it,
because sometimes it can be right in front of your eyes.

Happiness. The Four Noble Truths (a Buddhist teaching) explain this well: (1) Life means suffering; (2) The origin of suffering is desire (attachment); (3) The cessation of suffering is attainable; (4) Cessation of suffering can be attained by following the Eightfold Path.
Basically, this means that we are only unhappy because we are always desiring things, always thinking about what we do not have. I, personally, believe that the simple answer to this is to simply be thankful for what you have. Instead of stressing that you don't have enough money, you don't like your job, your relationships aren't working out, etc., think about how wonderful it is that you are alive, that you have all that you do, that you have opportunities to thrive and flourish.

Good luck.

Happiness is indescribable. Its joy, the warm tingly feeling, the feeling that makes you wanna burst with delight, in short...happiness is a feeling. You can't find it, you have to go after it.

True Happiness happens whenever we are not judging anything.

Any time that you are not judging you are happy.

The moment that you start judging, you find something to be unhappy about.

It really is that simple.
