On the Today show yesterday, they were saying that a video game made them kill the little girl.
Doesn't this sound ridiculous ?

When I was a kid, I watched the coyote try to kill the roadrunner for hours and hours. I never once tried to kill anybody.

It's a cop out, and we need to, as a nation, go back to spanking. Not beating children, mind you, but a swift kick in the a** when you need it puts things in perspective, doesn't it?

Yeah, that's outrageous. I guess they need some kind of excuse/defense for their horrendous act. Since they hid the little girl's body that shows that they knew what they did was wrong so an "insanity" defense won't work. I guess the next best thing is to blame it on a video game. It is ridiculous. It's obvious this woman didn't want the little girl. Why on earth didn't she just turn custody over to the bio dad, one of the grandparents or adopt her to a loving family? It's so very sad.

Ask any lag in prison if there were guilty of the crime they committed and I would say over half would say no. Knowing full well they were. But I suppose we have all made an excuse for something we did wrong. " Its in the post officer"

The main culprit behind all this is idiotic lawyers who come up with the most idiotic reasons why someone can't be punished for a crime. In my opinion, these lawyers should be jailed along with the defendants.

They want to excuse so they don't feel guilty and can blame other, they want to distance from the crime.

It is the same with junkies and alcoholics, my mother in law is alcoholic and she blamed everybody else for her problems until she went to AA and she had to admit that it was her fault.

ok so my daughter ex bf was arrested for drugs....three felonies at least selling etc.
They gave him two yrs probation,....ok he violated one month, they searched for him for six months...(he was right under thier nose*eye roll*)literally going out to bars every night etc..while he does have probation officer...
finally arrested for grand theft ..he wouldnt make his car payments..they couldnt find him to reposses..
and now he is in jail for ten months?
please explain that to me because i do not understand our system?LOL
yes,i do believe people blame it on video games etc..to find an excuse.I believe though if they are going to kill someone they would do it if they had game or not?right?
because they are sick in the head.
