If you think of opinions as perspectives then it's easier to accept them all - we all have our point of view to express. it's most enjoyable when viewpoints intersect, that makes us feel validated from where we stand.

As much as you make their opinions matter. I think the most important opinion to worry about is your own. If you can look at yourself and be happy with the way you are that is all that matters.

Depends on who the "people" are.
Most of the time it doesn't mean sh*t. But there are certain people in my life whose opinions do matter to me.
My fiance, family, etc.

Relatively little. More that zero, but not a whole lot. I'm more inner-directed. But if it's a person whose opinion and judgment I really respect, then of course I give it more weight.

Be who you want to be. Don't let other people contradict who you are. But stay within the limits of your parents rules. People will like you for who you are. If some people don't like you SO WHAT? Have fun with your life don't let others dictate it!
