Something to think about though, Have you ever heard of ANYONE else doing life for "Conspiracy"? That is all he was convicted of. Most people convicted of actual murder seldom do more than 10 years before being paroled.
Charlie was only convicted of conspiracy to commit murder.

Probably reading his fan mail.I really don't think he'd be able to function out here in the real world.He himself said he liked prison life...food,shelter,and all the sex he could ever want.Very sick man.

No. He does not need to be in penitentiary. besides the undeniable fact that, it is an exceedingly forgiving and merciful society we live in, so he did no longer obtain what he deserved, and rather replaced into allowed to stay out his existence.

Oh the usual...apparently he spends alot of time in the prison library reading nazi writings, sputters and screams "white power" on the hour..."hails hitler" when the guards take him back to his cell...he's supposedly criminally insane and probably won't get out.
