I just want to know is it considered illegal to have pictures of your girlfriend naked. She gave them to you so they were not like spy pictures and they were intended for you.\

is this illegal or not?

The pictures are illegal child pornography, that doesn't change with the age of the person who has the pictures.

One of the links involves a 15 year old girl who was arrested for child porn for having HER OWN nude pictures.
