what kind of bugs are in my house?

The bugs are long with a lot of legs they are very fast they are all brown with a black spot on top of them they stay in the dark well thats where i always see them crawling into dark. How do i get them out

House centipede most likely. They like damp dark places and are usually found in or around the bathroom or any place near water. They are not poisonous, but they can bite. Here is a pic for comparison.

Centipedes, I may have misspelled it. They are also called thousand leggers. They are harmless and like you said you they are extremely fast. Just ignore them, they won't bother anyone.
