Yes or else your ex to be will have to file too since youre both technically still married so wait til after if you still have reason to file

Talk to a lawyer if you are in a equitable distribution law state 50% of the lability is hers.....

file a joint bankruptcy now with your husband. Do it now and the divorce will be cheaper as there is no debt to divide.

Go find a bankruptcy attorney fast!!!!!! Get it done before you are divorced not after.....
