$500?!?!? You probably had to take a second out on your trailer for that kind of money. Tell your alcoholic family members to watch their kids or put your p-whipped soon to be ex-boyfriend to work watching them. Hopefully he doesn't start crying when all those little inbred chillin start calling him a wus.

You have not stated how many or the ages of the children who will coming with their parents. I would provide them with entertainment of their own. Contact the parents of some of the children and get suggestions from them. If the clubhouse has a TV, maybe someone can bring a PS2 and games and the kids could play. Depending on the age of the oldest child, put them in charge of decorating sugar cookies. Buy plain sugar cookies and different colors of icing and let them decorate them. They need to feel somewhat involved in the party, but do not have to be the center of the party. They could write letters to Santa or make homemade ornaments. You can buy kits at your local arts and craft store. Good Luck and have fun!!!!

Dedicate an areawithin eyesight, for "Kids Only." Tell them to bring a toy or two. (Nothing too valuable, or easily broken.)
Do you have a place to set up a TV with a DVD or VHS machine, and let them watch kids movies. (That can be hypnotic for some kids! You'd never even know they were there!)
Just make sure the parents keep an eye on them. If there is a problem.. go to the parent. That could save a friendship!

Lock the doors and put a sign saying its off limits. Also, provide them with their own entertainment, like some Christmas movies, games, art, toys for little ones, etc.

Kids will behave if they are entertained and/or supervised by adults. There is a miracle happening in a child's mind, every moment is an opportunity to grow and learn, why not add to their growth during that holiday party. It's that simple.

Just lock it up and put up a do not enter sign/poster on it. They won't be able to get in if you lock the doors.
