Much of this question is deteremined by what exactly you mean by "not so fresh" is it her breath, is it her menstration that is the problem or just feeling flat because of no particular reason.

For breath you can't beat Listerin,

As for menstration run a warm buble bath with some Raddox which will help invigerate and awaken the body

Also use a good clean lofa soaped up with a minty or cammomile scented showergel, the mint will help awaken the body aswell.

Lastly get her on to some daily vitamins young girls need plenty of vitamins such as calcium and iron, usually you can find a good muti-vitamin these are great,

Just remind her that we all have flat days from time to time so slow down and rest a little.

As for no particular reason go for a swim that always works for me

Ask her if she is smelling an unpleasant odor, or has a discolored discharge, itching, etc... she could have a yeast infection. Another possibility, is if she is not wiping correctly after using the bathroom, (front to back only) she could have a bacterial vaginal infection. Also, tell her to stay away from deodorant tampons, and pads, they will only make the problem worse. Our sensitive areas are not meant for the harsh chemicals used in most deodorizers. I can tell you from personal experience the deodorant ones are BAD. Also douching is also not a good idea. Our body naturally cleanses itself on the inside.

Is she bathing, or showering? She might have better luck with a shower, so she is not sitting in the dirty water. If none of this helps she should see the Doctor, to make sure there is no infection of any kind, or STD if she is sexually active.

My grandmother taught me to stay fresh by taking sitz baths once a week for extra cleansing. Sitz baths are a bit of vinegar and water in the bath tub. Also she taught me to douche at least once a month. Eating healthy fruit will also help make you smell good... and taste good but don't tell your daughter that part yet.

Be honest. Take her to the store. Let her look at some feminine washes and other products. Being honest and supportive will only make your bond stronger and she will feel more comfortable going to you for help.

Get your *** in the bath tub or shower. I'd also tell her to buy some Summer's Eve feminine wash.

"Not so fresh" feeling....!!! What are you talking about? If you're not a woman why do you mind? If you are, why in earth would you post that on internet? Can't you read about intimate hygiene instead?
