Since nobody has actually answered your question, I will. No, nobody still makes step-in boots / bindings.
The closest is Flow bindings - but these are even heavier than the original step in bindings so they have some of the same disadvantages. Don't even consider the K2 Cinch bindings, my freind had some and wore them out in one season.
It is true that step-in bindings had disadvantages, but the last ones to come out before they were discontinued were much better than the first models - but by then they were doomed to extinction. I never liked Clickers and the others were just OK.
My favorite step-ins were actually the Rossi "SIS" system where there is a small pin on each side of the boot that you can actually see which will lock in even with some snow under it. These will get tighter every time you step down on them and the last model made even had a high back like a regular strap binding - they were pretty nice. The boots had a power strap across the instep, so they were very similar in feel to a strap-in binding - just a little heavier. I still use these when teaching because I can get in or out of my board in about 5 seconds which really helps with beginner classes.
Good Luck

Step ins suck, but if you are looking for something that is just as easy or easier, and a lot better performance wise, flows are the way to go. All you do is bend a lever down, pop your foot in, and pull the lever back up. The strap covers your whole foot so you get great control and you can use them with any boot. This makes them very user friendly and is why they are my binding of choice.

No, but they're easy to find on eBay. I agree with the last answerer. The bindings he's talking about aren't too bad. Stay away from Switch bindings. I had them on my first board. The problem with them is that the snow and slush would get on them and they would get stuck in a certain position so that you couldn't get them to lock.....not fun to realize that you're not strapped in when you're halfway down a black diamond........

If there are there aren't too many. Step-ins are pretty much considered dead since the convenience is not worth all of the drawbacks:
- Awful control
- Poor feel
- Extra weight
If you want the convenience of not having to strap in, I would look into Flows or K2 Cinch bindings
