There are significant but variable differences in the neurochemistry of left v. right-hand dominant people. This is why the practice of 'changing' handedness in children frequently leads to mental instability.

As far as unrelated characteristics outside the brain go, there is a lot of BS out there, using pseudo-science. Don't be fooled. Tendencies towards the arts vs. sciences, , all that stuff is anecdotal storytelling, and has never stood up to strong, scientific scrutiny.

The right side of the body is controlled by the left side of the brain. The left side of the body is controlled by the right side of the brain. Therefore only we left-handers are in our right minds.
