your sadly mistaken. There is still violence going on in Iraq...its just not as deadly (less than 100 soldiers are dying per day now) and the economy walking a fine line right now. Consumer confidence is down, the morgage problem is still there, the value of the dollar isnt as strong anymore and many companies are losing tons of money because of the morgage problem.
the economy may be fine and there may be peace in Iraq, but thats just in your imaginary world. Its not the case in reality.

So this is what peace looks like.Incredible!!! Bush must be the smartest ever!! If the republicans want to believe this it will only help the Democrats in the election.I bet to the republicans that Larry Craig and Haggart are not homosexual either. The questionnaire here must be delusional or just another pipe user. This type of spin is just comical to say the least. It just smells of complete desperation.

When will you kind stop spinning the facts. If you look back at the news AL-Sadar asked the Shiite militia to stand down for awhile. Ever since he did this the violence has been reduced. bush has never been right and where did you hear there was peace in the middle east? SLANDER, SLANDER, SLANDER you could be sued for these lies.

Don't be fooled by numbers submitted by the Bush administration. There are many families of fallen soldier who would beg to differ with you that the violence is down. And I'm sure there are many native Iraqis who are wondering where the statistics are coming from.
The government controls the agencies that submit the figures and the media that broadcast them.
Don't be a blind follower.....seek the TRUTH

There is peace in Iraq? Tell that to my brother going there to be on the front lines in February.
As for the economy. Yes it's technically fine, but buying power has been significantly reduced and that's not a good indicator.

What qualifies as peace in Iraq, being blown to smithereens in a pet market, or being riddled with bullets on your way to work at the bank.

Peace in Iraq? That means it is time to come home right? If there is peace, there is no need for further US military presence.

We have 30k troops in the deadliest year in Iraq so far.
Most Iraqis have fled the country. The surge is anything BUT working.
Your premise is wrong.
