I do a lot of journaling when the stress gets to me.
Or
Long walks at the end of the day.
Or
Talk it out with friends, to help put it into perspective since I have a tendency to exaggerate the problems.
Or~~
last but NOT least.

I usually take a long bath and just spill out my thoughts. I love to think about many things when I'm in the bath. After that, when I go to bed, I breathe deeply 3 times and exhale deeply. It works very good and you should try it!! =D

for a guy, ****. wanking releases hormone tat make guys happy. well at least it do for me. But for SUPERB stress, i will just listen to music n sing along, while chatting with my fren in msn.

Go to the loo n read a comic book n take a bath~~n having enuff sleep definitely make u feel better wen u wake up the nex morning.

One way to relieve stress is through singing... Listen to your favorite bands and sing along with it... or an over stay at the beach would sure calm you down..

Sex with the girlfriend. Solves most problems right away-- until the babies arrive. Then, it's MAJOR stress. ;-)
