i have a court date coming up on december 4 for shoplifting, i am 18 and it is my first offense.
do you think they will drug test me on my court date? could they do that?

they wont at the hearing, but if you are found guilty and placed on probation, you can bet your *** you PO will have you tested weekly....guess what?? its time to get your life on the right track and fly right....try to make a good impression on the judge.

They could, but they won't unless they have some reason to believe that your crime had something to do with drugs. If you are given probation, though, you could be drug tested every week.

They probably could make you take a drug test, whether or not they will is a different question.
