Abstain from sex until the pain has gone away. For the next time you have sex, foreplay can help. Start slow. And use lots of lubricant as well. If the pain continues, make sure to have a doctor check you out.

Try a water-soluble lubricant like KY during intercourse. It should help with some of the soreness and it will add a little more pleasure to the experience.

More foreplay and KY also make sure your partner is using lubricated condoms they are much more comfortable and less likely to break. Good Luck!

Get something like K-Y Jelly someone told me about it, and it has helped a lot. They have it in all drugstores.
