Being cocky is a good thing in any healthy culture where the men are not emasculated by liberal political correctness. Fox knows Bush is a real man and respects him for that, unlike liberals who hate Bush because he is a real man.

Well, just look at Bush. It is quite obvious that Presidente Fox was correct in his assessment of Bush. Since 2006, around November, the swagger has diminished and the smirk is all but gone. Gee, I wonder why?

Well, considering who said it...my answer is:
Who cares. I would say Bush has the right to be cocky if he so desires, especially in contrast to Fox. Fox is a complete waste. He panders to the rich, oppressive elite, all the while masquerading as a man of the people. Mean while, under his watch, record numbers of his constituency are flying over the 'Cocky Bush' Country to escape the crap he seems ill-equipped to handle. Sounds like Fox can't lead his way out of a well-lit closet, so he is throwing stones at other people. Maybe if we laced the US/Mexico border with Landmines, Fox's people wouldn't pour into our country, and would actually have to grow a backbone and depose their inept government.
------------
there is a bit of a stench in the air...it smells of Liberals...someone must have let them out, and now they are making stupid comments on good questions.

I'm going to try and use your logic. Since 9/11, I've prevented dolphins from succeeding in their goal to take over the world. That probably didn't make sense, but hey, you don't see armed dolphins patrolling U.S. streets, so I must be right. I feel I also must point you towards a dictionary, since the words "honor" and "dignity" obviously don't mean what you think they mean. Bush is from Connecticut and went to school in Massachusetts.

He's one of the most arrogant men on the planet. He's so sure he's right and everyone else is wrong, he probably would have tried to push the nuclear button on Iraq if he hadn't gotten approval for the war.

Because Bush made fun of Karla Faye Tucker (who had become a Christian, something Bush professes to be) shortly after she was put to death, perhaps? Or because this supposed Christian regularly ran smear campaigns against opponents courtesy of his henchman, Karl Rove?
Nice guy.
