I heard that early morning cardio does allow for more fat burning, is it true? Why?
I also read that the energy will use the fat store during the night, does it means that i cannot eat before excercise?
I think if i dont eat before working out that i would just pass ou on the thread mill.

Never do anything on empty stomach, especially working out - it can lead to many health problems including Diabetes.
You dont burn more fat - you actually dont burn as much calories if you would eat before because your body is still in calorie savings mode from last night (it goes into that mode at night when doesnt receive any food which is exactly why not eating after certain time in evening is old wives tales- there is no need to prolong than period).

I can only answer the second part of your question. It does not make any difference if you eat before you exercise or not. It will not make fat burn less if you eat before. You do not want to pass out. If you are worried about eating before exercising, eat a piece of fruit and something full of protein, like eggs. And maybe a piece of whole wheat toast for some added carbohydrates.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Please eat something before exercising. Your metabolic needs decrease overnight, so your body really doesn't burn too much of anything. What is DOES burn is not fat, it's glycogen from your liver. Again, make sure you eat before exercising...something light. This will keep you from getting nauseated and/or passing out.

There is no solid evidence that early morning exercise burns more fat. However, because exercising increases your heartrate a bit for the rest of the day you will presumably burn more cals for the rest of the day.
