No, it is just a normal clothes store although if you are too young it might be a bit weird and the assistants migt query why you are buying it

It's underwear. There is no age limit on that. You might get some funny looks if you are very young, but your money spends just as well as anyone else's.

Nope. My friend went in there to get a thong "in secret" when she was 12. She looked 10!!! but they didn't say anything! they dont care, just want the money!

Of coarse not. It's a store, like any other.
They have some lines that are appropriate for younger girls, and their pajamas and robes are nice, too.
Leave the super sexy stuff to older girls, though.

Not if you order out of the catalog. If you go into a store I would imagine you might have to be at least 18. But the one I go to doesn't ask.
