she will not because it is already on a Friday. the new rule for holdays is that when it falls on any day from Tuesday to Wednesday, it is transferred on a Monday or Friday. since Nov 30 is already on a Friday it won't be moved anymore. for more details you could search for holidays in the philippines at google and you will find links to this rule. you may also go to www.gov.ph and enter your search in their search engine. :)
