No, not usually. But there are exceptions. If it is really small (under 2" erect), it may not stimulate the g-spot, so you'll need to use hands and tongue as well to satisfy your woman. The other time it matters is if it is so big that it stretches her tissues painfully or is so long that it hits her cervix. Being poked in the cervix hurts women about the same way being poked in the balls hurts men, so if you're really long, you'll have to have a lot of self control and not use the entire length.

People say too much girth can't hurt because, after all, the vagina stretches to allow a baby to come through. That's silly. Before a baby is born, special hormones are produced over a period of months that make the vagina very stretchy. Even then, childbirth is considered one of the most painful events in a woman's life, and many need medication to get through it. So don't count on her to be able to have sex with you without pain if you're hung like a horse.

Average is best. Smaller than average is okay. Bigger than average is a major problem.
