I use to have a severe gambling habit. At the worst time I seeked help from family,Therapists, one on one councelling, Group meetings, etc. Nothing worked. I made the dicision to go it alone, call on all my inner strength & do the right thing by myself. Doing such things as not wearing any shoes when I made a trip in the car. That way I could'nt get into the pokie venues. Taking detours too so I would'nt have to drive pass them. It was a path I had to take alone,& I'm better off for it. I have'nt gambled for 5yrs.
