I remember being 12 or 13 when it came out and thinking, what a lame idea for a cartoon.

my mom was a freak and wouldn't let me watch it because of the political innuendos that i wouldn't have gotten anyway because i was so little, now she's a raving liberal
... does this make any sense?

I'm a planetteer....... you can be one too...... cause saving our planet is the thing to do...... looting and poluting is not the way....... hear what captain planet has to say.....

I hated that show. I really hated that freaky kid and the monkey.
