You don't give us enough information. I checked your profile, nothing there.
You don't say how old you are. If you're an adolescent, I don't think there's too much to worry about; but if you are, a good way to dissipate your physical energy is to become actively engaged in a demanding sport of some kind: track, basket ball, football, baseball, weight lifting, anything to get you sweating and to where you become tired, and sleep like a log.
Are you married, have a steady girl you have sex with? If you ejaculate in only 20 seconds, sounds to me as if your masturbating, and don't have a partner your "having sex" with.
Are you promiscuous, and have sex with multiple partners? If so, you might have a venereal disease of some sort.
Only you know the answers to the above questions. All I can say in closing, is that if you're an adolescent, don't worry about it: otherwise, you may have a very serious problem, and you should have it medically checked.

The Clitoris, this would be the penis if she was born a male. The surgical procedure would pull the clitoris down, I believe i think half an inch or inch per procedure. When the new skin grows and heals than another procedure is done and the skin is pulled down, until you get a penis. Almost like a skin graph. This will take more that one procedure. I hope this explains it a little
