BWAA HAA HAA! My son asked me that last week, he's three so I was pretty surprised! I have NO idea where he heard it...maybe daycare.
but once, when I was a kid. My sister asked me that at the supper table and I said "No but I'll give YOU one!" So really did give her one right in front of the folks...they still laugh about it to this day. YEY!

When I was younger as in my teen years and even pre teen years I was a real knucklehead who needed a good beatdown so people used to ask me things like you just mentioned and even worse lol.

No. Honestly, if some1 walkd up to me and said, "Do u want a knuckle sandwich?" i would walk off laughin at them. All my fights usually start wth, "U wanna go, *****?!" Iv nevr lost a fight. =D

it was when i was talking back to my mom...i got in the way of her hitting my sister and dad...and she asked me,"want a knuckle sandwich?",i started laughing...which made her mad...again
