Call your doctor.

Now.

It is not likely anything bad, but from now until you have the baby, you are the nervous mom. You are not 'suave, cool, let things be, see how they go...' You have the rest of your life to be 'grace and style under pressure.' But from now until the baby is born, you are nervous mom to be. You call the doctor ANYTIME you have a question or concern. You demand answers and if they want you to come in, you go in.

No one will laugh at you. The nurses won't make jokes or snide comments. OB doctors and nurse go into their profession expecting to deal with nervous moms every day of their career.

So call now. Get an answer.

It could be the baby moving and pulling all your body the wrong way, but it does not sound right.
I would contact your midwife, NHS direct and or doc. You cant be too carefull at the end of the day there are two lives at risk and you dont want to jeperdise ither.
Better safe than sorry, it might be brackston hicks which i found really painful but we are all differnt so please get it checked out. All the best.

God bless you both.

would contact doctor as he will ask you to tell him where the pains are etc and put your mind at rest, you feel some weird things sometimes, it could be his nose poking or braxton hicks or ligaments stretching but you should get it checked if it really hurts or you have any other odd things happen
